71 Entry into force APER Sweden
On 11 May 2011 the Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of the Netherlands Antilles, and the Kingdom of Sweden to promote economic relations (APER) of 10 September 2009, entered into force.
72 Entry into force APER Aruba - Sweden
On 2 June 2011 the Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of Aruba, and the Kingdom of Sweden to promote economic relations (APER) of 10 September 2009, entered into force.
73 Entry into force TIEA Aruba – Sweden
On 2 June 2011 the Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of Aruba, and the Kingdom of Sweden for the exchange of information with respect to taxes (TIEA) of 10 September 2009, entered into force.
74 Entry into force APER Aruba – Norway
On 1 July 2011 the Agreement to promote economic relations between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of Aruba, and the Kingdom of Norway (APER) of 10 September 2009, will enter into force.
75 Readmission Agreement Benelux – Kosovo
On 12 May 2011 an Agreement was concluded in Brussels between the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Kingdom of the Netherlands (the States of the Benelux) and the Republic of Kosovo concerning the readmission of persons who have entered and/or are residing without authorisation (Readmission Agreement).
76 Oman accedes to the Apostille Convention
On 12 May 2011 the Sultanate of Oman acceded to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents ("Apostille Convention").
77 Netherlands and Peru conclude Treaty on the transfer of sentenced persons
On 12 May 2011 the Treaty on the transfer of sentenced persons between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Peru was signed in The Hague.
78 Entry into force TIEA Faroes
On 1 July 2011 the Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of the Netherlands Antilles, and the Government of the Faroes for the exchange of information with respect to taxes (Tax Information Exchange Agreement; TIEA) of 10 September 2009 will enter into force.
79 Entry into force TIEAs with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Saint Lucia
The Tax Information Exchange Agreements (TIEAs) concluded between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and respectively Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Saint Lucia have recently become effective: the Convention with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines entered into force on 21 March 2011; the Convention with Saint Lucia entered into force ten days later, on 31 March 2011.
80 Entry into force APER Denmark - Aruba
On 1 June 2011 the Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of Aruba, and the Kingdom of Denmark to promote economic relations (APER) of 10 September 2009, will enter into force. In respect of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Agreement will apply to Aruba only.
